1. Remove the applicator from the sealed wrapper. Do not remove the applicator tip immediately.
2. Hold the applicator firmly by the tube. Shake it to make sure the content is at the thin end.
3. Twist the end until it breaks and throw it away. Use the product immediately after opening it. Sitting or lying down, gently insert the thin part of the applicator into the vagina.
4. Squeeze the applicator tube firmly to deposit the gel into the vagina. Remove the applicator and throw it away.
5. Recommended use: Use no more than 1 time every 3 days.
Compatible with latex, natural rubber and polyisoprene condoms.
6. If necessary, and for added comfort, gently squeeze a small amount of gel from the applicator before use so that the tip is lubricated before inserting it into the vagina.
