For an ultra-defined effect, apply it the traditional way: run the felt tip of the eyeliner along your lash line, drawing a line toward the outer corner for maximum definition.
For a natural effect, try applying it with a brush: take a small amount of product with a small brush, slightly stretch the eyelid and draw a continuous line along the lashes, for an extra-natural effect.
For a smokey effect, blend it: apply the product directly with the felt tip and, before it dries, gently blend it outwards using a small brush to create a buildable, blurred effect.
