Does not work
I'm switching to zero waste products and bought to try. The smell of the unopened package is quite intense making it unpleasant. When used, the product does not soften with water and therefore it is difficult to apply to hair. I even submerged it in warm water and rubbed it with both hands but it remained very hard. I ended up trying to apply it anyway. The result was none, nor did it untangle the hair and it was not even good with the perfume of the product. I didn't like it, it didn't work so I don't recommend it.
