Falling asleep:

• The first layer, which is released quickly, contains Melatonin 1.95 mg to help reduce the time needed to fall asleep* together with piperine (from black pepper), Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for a synergistic action.
• Maintaining sleep: The second layer is released during the night and contains Griffonia (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin that synthesizes melatonin in the body. It also contains Passionflower and California Poppy, to maintain quality sleep.
• Restful sleep: The third layer, with Valerian and Melissa, is released in a sustained manner and contributes to relaxation for a restful sleep.
