Create the most striking eyeliner looks with our Bold Moves Kohl Cream Eyeliner Pencil. Its smooth, silky cream formula glides on effortlessly, from precise wings to sultry smudges.

It includes a hidden sharpener at the bottom so your pencil is always ready and your look is always perfect. It also contains a vitamin E derivative to soothe the delicate skin around your eyes, along with kohl for intense, long-lasting color.

How to use:
  1. Apply to clean, dry eyelids.
  2. Distribute the product according to the desired effect, blending gently if necessary.
  3. Allow to dry before blinking in the case of liquid products.
  4. Remove with eye makeup remover.
