Impressed with the result on the hair

I removed the black from my hair, but then I dyed it brown, but it ended up black but less intense. If anyone knows, could you tell me?

I am blonde and I had been dying my hair dark brown for 3 years until now, when I decided I wanted to have light hair again. I tried a product from Amazon that, apart from leaving the color as it was, gave me an allergic reaction and caused a lot of hair to fall out. They recommended this product to me to dissolve the dye and it has already lightened my hair a lot in 2 uses.
