EKSPERIENCE RECONSTRUCT phase 1 pre-wash keratin filler by Revlon. Emulsion to requratinize hair. It contains active ingredients of marine origin such as Maris acqua that favors the strengthening of the epidermis by the presence of trace elements, extract of fucus vesiculosus combined with the hydrolyzed actin protein that helps to seal the scales and protect the hair fiber and the ceramium rubrum that belongs to red algae and favors the strengthening of the epidermis and keeps the scales well sealed; it also contains glycerin helps to combat water evaporation and improves hair elasticity and MEA acetamide prevents electrostatic hair. Apply to dry hair on lengths and ends, leave to act for 10 to 30 minutes, depending on fiber damage.
