It dries and the fibers separate

I have bought this eyeliner many times and I was very happy, it lasted for months, but lately it doesn't even last a month. At first it was fine, but when you use it for a couple of weeks the ink dries on the tip and that causes the fibers to separate when removing the dried remains and it never returns to its original shape. I've tried everything in case it was my fault (always cover it, don't leave it upside down so the ink doesn't accumulate) but nothing works and this has happened to them twice in a row. It's a shame because there is a lot of ink still inside.
