Always carry Twist Design Eyeliner with you, wherever you go. For optimal application, follow these simple steps:

Pull the tip out with a small twist.
Gently twist the colored part of the pencil: the tip will appear, ready to use.
Apply it to the upper lash line.
Draw a clean line following the natural lash line. The compact structure of the lead gives you maximum definition and control.
Sharpen when necessary.
To ensure a consistently fine and precise line, sharpen the pencil using the built-in sharpener at its lower end.
After using it, close it tightly with its lid.
