How to use:

1. After sun exposure: Use immediately after leaving the sun (if the skin is hot and slightly reddened, even better).

2. Clean and dry or slightly damp skin: No need to shower, but if you have rinsed off, pat dry with a towel without rubbing.

3. Apply generously: Spread an even layer over exposed areas (arms, legs, torso).

4. Massage gently: Make slow, upward movements until the skin absorbs it.

5. Repeat if necessary: On very dry skin or after intense exposure, reapply 1–2 times a day on the following days.
