Apply one or two drops of PRIME TIME® Original Foundation primer to your fingertips.
Press your fingertips to warm the silky gel foundation formula for even application.
PERFECT the appearance of bare skin by gently massaging the product all over the face with your fingers, starting from the center of the face and blending outwards.

For best results, let the primer dry for 60 seconds before applying makeup.
