  1. Diffuser: Use a maximum of ten drops in a diffuser without heat, as heat alters the properties of the oil.
  2. Body massage: mix in a carrier vegetable oil at a maximum proportion of 3%.
  3. Bath: Dilute ten to fifteen drops in a small amount of milk, yogurt, honey, salt or bath gel before adding them to the water.
  4. Steam inhalation: apply a maximum of five drops onto a bowl of hot water and inhale while covering your head with a towel.
Recommendations:
